With children's yoga, kids can playfully learn to find their inner calm, become aware of their bodies, and go through life empowered. Together, we create a space where all children can feel comfortable and grow equally. Yoga is more than just movement - it is a journey to oneself. With play, fun, and music, we promote endurance and concentration. Fun asana stories bring us calm, relaxation, and mindfulness.
Please bring: a cuddly toy, if desired (yoga mats, blankets, cushions, etc. are available on-site)
