Tour information

The hike starts at the Salvenaland leisure facility. Trail (nr. 6) follows the Kelchsauer Ache river, leading first to the ruins of Hörbrunn Church. Through the forest, the path continues to Engelsberg Castle ruins. From there, hikers take the forest path above Unterrainhof back to the starting point at the Salvenaland leisure facility (nr. 7).

Getting there Arriving from Innsbruck/Munich: A12 exit Wörgl Ost - feeder road B178 towards St. Johann i. T. & Kitzbühel - after tunnel exit towards Hopfgarten - at roundabout take B170 towards Hopfgarten - turn right under after the underpass and drive over the bridge towards Kelchsau - into valley on L205 Kelchsauer Straße approx. 2 km - the destination is on the left.
Arriving from Kitzbühel: B170 Brixentalstraße towards Wörgl - in Hopfgarten before the second railway underpass turn left over bridge towards Kelchsau - into the valley on L205 Kelchsauer Straße approx. 2 km - the destination is on the left.

train: Hopfgarten Berglift Bahnhof
