Tour of the Niederkaseralm, dairy farm Kelchsau

For centuries, Almmilch has been processed into cheese, butter, and yogurt at the Niederkaseralm. Experience this original way of food production and how humans and animals spend their summer in harmony on the alpine pasture. The cows produce the best milk after consuming the juicy alpine grasses and spicy herbs, from which the high-quality natural products of Niederkaseralm are made – nothing stands in the way of a delightful day! At the Käsiade 2023 in Hopfgarten and the Almkäseolympiade 2024 in Galtür, the alpine cheese dairy was even crowned as the winner.
