Experience e-bike tours
Yoga is much more than just physical exercises on the mat - it is everything we do consciously. No matter the age or fitness level. Sabrina designs each of her yoga sessions differently but always with a lot of awareness, breathing exercises, and simple asanas. The focus is on the needs of the participants. The beautifully stunning view of the surrounding mountain world is an added bonus! Anyone aged 12 and over can join.
Meeting point: Reception Almhotel KRAFTalm
(the access to KRAFTalm is only possible with the Salvistabahn Itter (Alte Bundesstraße 1, 6305 Itter) , NO access by car!) ,
Registration: until the day before 16:00 online or at the information offices of the Hohe Salve region
Equipment: comfortable sportswear (yoga mats will be provided)
Cost with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 10.00 per person (excluding gondola ride up/down)
Cost without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 20.00 per person (excluding gondola ride up/down)
Duration: approx. 1.5 hours (including gondola ride up/down, round trip to the yoga spot, 1 hr. yoga)
Participants: min. 1 to max. 10
