YOGA MONDAY

Westendorf Main School Assembly Hall / Sports Field

Open yoga class every Monday for beginners & advanced students
18:30 TO 19:45
Please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, you can rent one for €5.
- Warm-up / mobilising body exercises / asanas to the rhythm of breathing / sun salutations / yoga flows
- Strengthening asanas to strengthen, for more flexibility, to improve balance
- Breathing exercises / Pranayama Final relaxation / Shavasana

CHANGING
- Traditional HATHA-YOGA class with sun salutations and classic sequences from the Rishikesh series.
- YIN elements: Calming physical exercises, asanas that are consciously held for longer.
- VINYASA Yoga Flows: Flowing movements in the rhythm of breathing for fitness & coordination.

PARTICIPATION
No previous experience required. Entry possible in every class, not building up.
