Tour information

From the Großachen bridge, walk to the roundabout and follow the Hinterkaiserweg. With a view to the Niederkaiser, you walk past the football ground, a carpentry and a small settlement. After the large farm surrounded by meadows, take the next turn-off. Cross a small bridge and walk uphill to Broatleiten. A hiking trail leads along the small farm and takes you beside meadows to Bärnstetten. After Aggstein's Schnaps-Erlebnis (show & experience tour!), a subway brings you to the Gasteiger Straße and back to the starting point at the Großache.

Getting there Coming from Salzburg on the B178, take the Salzburger Straße into the roundabout, take the third exit and park at the Steinlechnerplatz car park.
Coming from the direction of Kitzbühel on the B161, enter the roundabout and take the first exit, turn left at the next junction to the Steinlechner car park and park.

Now it is only a few metres to the start of the hike by crossing the Großachenbrücke bridge in Kaiserstraße and continuing to Poststraße.
