Course Content

• Making spices, rubs, marinades, and BBQ sauce by yourself;
• Difference between grilling and smoking, or Hot and Fast versus Low and Slow
• Greetings from the grilling kitchen
• A 4-course menu will be created together with grill master Daniel Samselnig!
• Different grills and smokers as well as smoking woods will be used
• Tips for overnight smoking!
