The bus and ski bus stop is only a few meters from the house, providing convenient access to the ski areas of St. Johann in Tirol and Waidring/Steinplatte, as well as other well-known ski areas like Skiwelt, Kitzbühel, or Fieberbrunn/Leogang, all of which can be reached within a few minutes by car.
A nearby cross-country ski trail entry is an excellent option for all cross-country skiers.
The proximity to the bus stop not only facilitates access to ski areas but also offers a practical connection to the center of St. Johann/Tirol (only about a 20-minute walk), with many shopping options and restaurants.
Dogs are allowed and cost € 15 per dog/day (to be paid on-site).
A small garden with seating is located directly next to the private entrance.
