The bus & ski bus stop is just a few meters from the house, providing convenient access to the ski areas of St. Johann in Tirol and Waidring/Steinplatte, while other well-known ski areas such as Skiwelt, Kitzbühel, or Fieberbrunn/Leogang can be reached within a few minutes by car.
A nearby access point to cross-country ski trails is an excellent option for all cross-country skiers.
The proximity to the bus stop not only facilitates access to ski areas but also offers a practical connection to the center of St. Johann/Tirol (only about 20 minutes on foot), with many shopping options and restaurants.
Dogs are allowed and cost € 10,- per dog/day (to be paid on site).
A small garden with seating is located directly next to the private entrance.
