Welcome to the Landhaus Mühlau in Erpfendorf in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps.

With attention to detail, the comfortably furnished Mühlau apartments are your ideal holiday destination, (free Wi-Fi). In the beautiful traditional house, located in a quiet area right at the edge of the forest, you can enjoy carefree days (1 carport per apartment).

In summer, the region offers numerous hiking and cycling or mountain biking opportunities between the mountain range of the Wild Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Horn; take advantage of the active program provided by the tourism association. Or enjoy the lovely garden by the house and let your soul unwind! We would be happy to inform you about excursion destinations in the area: for example: Innsbruck, Salzburg, and Kufstein can be easily reached within 1 hour.

The winter offers a variety of activities. There are several ski areas inviting you to ski: 3-Länder Freizeit-Arena with St. Johann, Steinplatte, Hochfilzen, Lofer - Almenwelt, and Heutal lifts in Unken, or the SuperSkiCard - the largest player in the Kitzbühel Alps with over 2,843 kilometers of slopes and 938 lifts. A comprehensive program with snowshoe hiking, winter hiking, cross-country skiing, and much more leaves no time for boredom.
