The exclusive apartment chalet (ski in / ski out) is located on the outskirts of St. Johann in Tirol, just 150 meters from the new Eichenhof ski lifts, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The perfect starting point for hikes, excursions, and various activities in the region. The chalet accommodates 10 people, spread over 2 floors. You always have free access to www.badewelt.at

The chalet is fully equipped, from the coffee machine, kettle, complete dishes, bed linen, hand and shower towels to toilet paper. A covered carport is available for your car, and there is a free charging station for electric cars, as well as a 220-volt and a high-current plug available.

The Hotel Kaiserfels with a restaurant and rock bar, as well as a sports shop with ski and bike rental, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The center of St. Johann is about 1 km away. Playing loud music in the outdoor area is not allowed.
