The approximately 70 m² large vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a row house in a quiet residential area about a 10-minute walk outside the town center of St. Johann in Tirol. It is a 2-room apartment with a bathroom and a large kitchen with a dining area. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults (2 people in the bedroom, 2 people in the living room on the couch with an integrated mattress). In front of the house, there is a parking space for 1 car.
In the apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and dishwasher, as well as various small appliances.
The bathroom has a 6 kg washing machine. Additionally, the bathroom features a bathtub with a shower function. A small hairdryer is available on site and can be used.
In the living room, there is a television. From here, you can access the balcony (southeast orientation) with a partial view of the Kitzbüheler Horn.
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed with an electric motor.
