Wheelchair access: A ramp at the main entrance and a barrier-free side entrance to the outdoor pool make access easier. Three barrier-free service doors with enough space for wheelchairs allow easy access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool and sauna. Our barrier-free ticket vending and post-payment machines are installed at a low height and are therefore easy to use.
Independent swimming: An automatic pool lift is available in the 25m sports pool of the indoor pool, which allows you to get in and out of the pool independently.
Barrier-free toilets: Five spacious toilet facilities, one in the indoor pool, two in the outdoor pool, one in the sauna and one in the restaurant, are available to you.
Special tickets: We offer special season and annual tickets with a special function for our long-term guests with disabilities. These cards are scanned at the entrance, after which the wheelchair-accessible service door opens automatically.
Convenient transportation: A passenger elevator takes you comfortably to the 1st floor, where the restaurant and access to the 1st floor of the sauna world with relaxation rooms, sauna café and outdoor area are located.
An important aspect of barrier-free mobility, both when arriving and on site, is the accessibility of local public transport. For example, the St. Johann in Tirol train station and the Grieswirt train station are barrier-free, making travel by train easier.
