Welcome to our new holiday apartments Zehrer with a breathtaking view!

Enjoy your vacation in our two newly built holiday apartments on the first floor of our cozy house - each with a separate entrance for maximum privacy and comfort. Both apartments offer a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains: the impressive Steinplatte, the majestic Fellhorn, and the Wilder Kaiser, part of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. Here, you wake up with nature in sight and the fresh mountain air in your nose.

Great location for active enthusiasts: right behind the house runs the cycling path, ideal for extensive tours in the summer. In winter, the cross-country ski trail entrance and the curling rink are only 100 m away. Equally close: the bus stop for convenient travel or excursions in the area. The famous ski resort Steinplatte is just 3 km away - ideal for skiers and snowboarders, but also a paradise for families and nature lovers in summer.

Well connected yet quietly situated - thanks to modern soundproof windows, you can enjoy restful nights without disturbances. For culinary discoveries, the Seibl Genussladen with its own distillery is right next door - perfect for tasting regional specialties and fine wines or taking a souvenir home with you.

In the fully equipped kitchen with an island, you will find everything you need for a relaxed cooking evening - including a coffee machine, cooking utensils, and dishes. The living area invites you to relax on a cozy couch - upon request, this can also be used as an additional sleeping option for a 5th person. Directions:

Coming from Salzburg, you can reach our house in about 45 minutes via the small German Corner (Bad Reichenhall) and past Lofer through the town center of Waidring until you reach Brennerei Seibl / Der Genussladen. Our holiday apartments are directly connected to the B178 there.
Coming from St. Johann in Tirol, you will reach us in about 15 minutes right after the Brennerei Seibl / Der Genussladen, directly on the B178.
