In summer, a cycle path and many hiking trails right outside the door - free use of the sommer bus stop right in front of the house;

Coming from St. johann i.T. towards to Fieberbrunn - turn left at the district " Rosenegg " to St. Jakob / St. Ulrich. The house is situated just oppisite the parking place of the area "Buchensteinwandt" on top of a small hill.
