FAQ - your questions, our responses
No, payment is made directly to hiking guides. Exception: For the horse-drawn sleigh rides, payment must be made in advance at the information offices.
During opening hours you can contact the Holiday Region Hohe Salve team at any time in person, or over the phone. Outside opening hours, you can send us a mail and we will process it as quickly as possible.
If an item on the programme cannot take place due to exceptional circumstances, (e.g. If the minimum participant number has not been achieved), we will provide information the day before after the close of registration (ca. 16:00).
As part of the summer activity programme, it is not possible to postpone events. You can of course get in touch with hiking guides at any time and organise a private tour. The team at Holiday Region Hohe Salve is happy to support you.
