What kind of tradition?

Since 1766 the Rauchhof farm has been owned by the Feyersinger family and has been passed down from father to son ever since. The farm is home to  22 dairy cows, approx. 25 young cattle and about 60 chickens, ducks,quails, rabbits and cats.

In the farm shop you can discover and buy many regional and seasonal products:
Raw milk, plain yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, sour milk, sour milk with fruit topping, cream cheese in oil with herbs, curd, curd cream strawberry/ vanilla, herb curd balls, curd spreads (herbs/ pepper) whey, eggs, pasta

Seasonal products at Rauchhof:
vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, beans, broad beans and radishes 

Mrs. Feyersinger makes jams, fruit syrup, herbal salt and much more from fruits and herbs that nature provides

The products are exclusively packed in jars.
The Feyersinger family always asks for the return of the jars.

With a lot of trust the Feyersinger family has a self-service shop with a cash desk.
