Synopsis:
The retired couple Bauer is finding it increasingly difficult to make ends meet.

So they decide to rent out a room. But while he agrees to rent it to a young lady, she rents it out to a young man. Now who should be cancelled on? Both tenants have already paid the rent in advance. Or maybe... they could keep both of them? Problems are bound to arise either way.
