UNIQUE MOMENTS WITH THE "DOLPHINS OF THE PASTURE"
The fluffy alpacas are said to have a very special, calming effect. Their presence alone has a better effect than any well-guided mindfulness meditation. With their extremely sensitive and friendly nature, they help us to consciously experience the moment and let us forget the stress of everyday life. During a short hike with Christine and her alpacas, we can learn more about their characteristics and special features. Once we arrive at the sunny plateau, we roll out the mats together for the 60-minute Yin Yoga Flow. While we master the asanas (exercises) with a marvellous view, the curious animals move freely around us, give us the odd "kiss" and entertain us with their own species-specific humming. Afterwards, there's plenty of time for more close encounters and great souvenir photos.

In light rainy weather we go forest bathing with the alpacas - rainproof clothing/shoes recommended!
