Our family apartments provide ample space for young and old and are child-friendly equipped. Naturally, a crib and high chair are available upon request. Enjoy quality time together in a family-friendly accommodation. The car parking space is right in front of the house and your bike and skis are safely stored in the storage room.

The surroundings of Appartement Kaufmann are a true paradise for nature lovers and active vacationers. Whether you want to conquer the slopes or the hiking trails, there is something for everyone here. Treat yourself to some quiet hours in our garden while the children can let off steam on our playground. Region Brixental

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow. Wir freuen uns, Sie in unserem Haus begrüßen zu dürfen.

Seit 1931 ist das „Stadlhäusl“ in Familienbesitz.

Damals kaufte Franz und Ursula Stöckl ein kleines „Stadl“ mit ein paar kleinen Ackern und schufen somit die Grundlage für unser „Appartement Kaufmann“. Das alte Bauernhaus wurden im Jahr 2011 abgetragen und neu aufgebaut. Immer wieder wurde die Hofstelle erweitert, damit alle Familienmitglieder Platz finden.

Nun – in der 4. Generation – sind wir stolz, unsere aufgelassene Hofstelle neu zu beleben und neben den Appartements, zwar nur als Hobby, einige landwirtschaftliche Produkte herzustellen. Die Eier und das Begrüßungsschnapserl kommen aus unserer eigenen kleinen Produktion. Für den Schnaps erntet Josef, mit stolzen 80 Jahren, immer noch das Obst selbst und verarbeitet es liebevoll zu einem Edlen-Tropfen. Waltraud widmet sich hingebungsvoll der Hühnerpflege die, vom frischgeschlüpften Kücken bis zur Hühnerpension reicht, damit das Frühstücksei besonders gut schmeckt. Doris mit ihren „Schnapsideen“ ist für das Ganze, was rund ums Stadlhäusl passiert, verantwortlich. Und auch die jüngste Generation ist schon mit Begeisterung dabei.
