Our house is perfectly located for nature lovers, active holidaymakers, and those seeking relaxation.

Just a few steps from our apartment house, you will find two cozy restaurants, a variety of hiking and mountain biking trails, and within walking distance, direct access to the P1 ski lift station – ski-in & ski-out included. Right at the ski lift station, Kitzsport Sports House offers ski rental and ski depot services. The bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity – perfect for relaxing vacation days without a car!

Region Brixental

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow.
