Yoga on the Kleine Salve

Do something good for your body and mind. In this session, breathing exercises, dynamic yoga flows, and relaxation techniques are combined for a truly special start to your holiday day. And the best part: the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains! Everyone aged 12 and above can join in, regardless of fitness level and experience. The yoga session will be held at the Almhotel KRAFTalm at the middle station of the Kleine Salve.

Meeting point: Almhotel KRAFTalm, Barmerberg 24, 6305 Itter
Note: Access to the hotel only via the Salvistabahn, no car traffic allowed!
Registration: until the day before at 4:00 PM online or at the information offices of the Hohe Salve region
Equipment: comfortable sportswear (yoga mats will be provided)
Cost with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 5,00 (excl. gondola ride up/down)
Cost without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 10,00 (excl. gondola ride up/down)
Duration: approximately 2 hours (including gondola ride, 1 hour of yoga)
Participants: min. 1 to max. 10
Difficulty level: suitable for beginners
